The aulic fashion designers from France invented high-heel shoes in the 15th century. From then on, the heights and widths of the heels have changed now and then. Whereas, there is never a lack of high-heel shoes fanatics since the high-heel shoes are the intimate friends of women, they share the experiences at every stage of life with each other, and the high-heel shoes would never cease to struggle to make a woman look perfect whether she is thin or fat in stature.
High-heel shoes are always a strong temptation to women from the cradle to the grave. And it attributes to the advantages brought by wearing high-heel shoes to women. First and foremost, nearly everybody is thirsty for being taller than the others, and wearing high-heel shoes happens to be able to offset a woman's defect of height.
Secondly, after a woman puts on a pair of high-heel shoes looking good on her, her body will be heightened, furthermore, her abdomen and hip turn to be more tightly and better lifting. Consequently, the steps she takes become smaller and the posture she has got to be more graceful.
In addition, with the decrease in the range of the steps taken by a woman, the center of her gravity will be set back, correspondingly, an erect bearing comes out and the deep elegance of the woman was born. That's the very reason why all the ladies are scrambling for the refined high-heel shoes.
Wearing high-heel shoes does well to the full-grown women, for the thenar is
arched rather than absolutely even, and it is called the 'arch of the foot' medically. The arch of the foot has enough bounce to keep people's stability when they are on their feet. And the high-heel shoes at certain heights bear functions of protecting and maintaining the arch of the foot. While it is inadvisable to wear the shoes with too high heels. Generally, 2-3 centimeter is the most feasible. If your shoes' heels are too high and you have to wear them each day, it will be possible to cause the damnification to the thenar muscles and ligaments as well as to do damages to the physical arch of the foot. Besides, too high heels will make your center of gravity so unsteady that it will be easy for you to turn your ankles or even have a fracture of malleolus. Moreover, too high heels make a woman's center of gravity lean forward, so her toes are all piled into the toe caps. As the time goes by, the toes will turn thick and the calluses and corns will also come into being. At the same time, the ailments, such as arthralgia and neuralgia will stop by at intervals.
'To be or not to be, that is the question', this is a classic question asked by Shakespeare many centuries ago. And today women are facing a similar question, that is 'to wear high-heel shoes or not to wear, that is the question'. Well, here my suggestion is we should try to choose shoes at proper heights. Do not be too greedy; otherwise, your extrinsic beauty will be paid at the cost of your intrinsic health, which is not a cost-efficient deal. Just as the old saying goes, health is a blessing.
