Three-Day Weekends
It is a great idea to keep your employees excited by creating a four-day work week cycle in your office, allowing every weekend to last for three days. Four-day work weeks will grant your employees with more spare and family time, which will work wonders towards easing anxiety. If you're not too sure about this strategy, try out a four-day work week for a month to analyze how your team responds to this change. You just might be pleasantly surprised to see a lot more work being done in lesser time as a result of fresh minds and rejuvenated spirits.

Adding a Personal Touch
simply engaging your employees in a one-on-one conversation may seem like a frivolous change, but, it can greatly help increase the positivity and amicability in the office. Recognizing employees for their hard work reflected in timely attainment of targets is an important addition that must introduced. The acknowledgment can be in the form of a simple e-mail, praising the progress of the employees will add to their confidence. Celebrating employee birthdays, engagements, or even pregnancy announcements will make them feel important and wanted in the organization.

Allow Them To Work From Home
Letting employees to work from home gives them the comfort of their home.  This working option will not only boost employee spirits, but it will save you money too. Having fewer people at the workplace means less consumption of equipment and other office services. You may give this alternative a try by allowing your most productive workers to work from home for two days every week, at least for a month and see the results.

Flexibility Helps
Employers must grant their employees "flex hours", which essentially means giving employees the option of working a few extra hours in order to call it a day early in future. This ensures that the same amount of work is being put by every employee, but, also gives them a little more freedom regarding the completion of the work. Providing employees with this option will facilitate employees when they  have medical appointments, preoccupations with family or the need to leave early for a trip. Granting your employees this simple freedom will demonstrate trust and create a more positive environment at work.

By deploying some of these alternative benefits at your workplace, you can go a long way in easing and relaxing the minds and bodies of your employees by creating a more positive and happier workplace.
